Here are some Victoria airport resources:

Victoria International Airport features plenty of short-term and longterm parking within easy walking distance of the main terminal. Click here for an interactive map and here for parking rates.

Car rental

There are four rental car companies located within the Victoria airport terminal directly across from the arrivals area, as well as one rental car company located in Sidney itself. Renting a car is a great way to see as much of Victoria and its beautiful gardens during your stay.

Sidney Industrial Area

The Cedarwood and Victoria International Airport also offer easy access to Sidney Industrial Park, located at the intersection of Mills Road and McDonald Park Road. The area is a frequent destination for business travelers to Victoria airport, and is home to Scott Plastics, Axys Technologies, Nicholson Manufacturing, Jacques Whitford Stantec, Vancouver Island Helicopters (VIH), and many other companies. Vancouver Island Marine Technology Centre is located on the opposite side of the airport.

Float plane service to and from Vancouver, BC

While many visitors arrive to the region via Victoria International Airport, there is also frequent harbour-to-harbour service between downtown Victoria and Vancouver. The downtown Victoria floatplane terminal is located about 30 minutes by car from the Cedarwood, and major carriers include Harbour Air and Saltspring Air, which also operates flights directly from Pat Bay, at Victoria International Airport.

Things to do around Victoria Airport

Besides being a business destination and travel hub, Victoria International Airport offers plenty of things to do. Both the Spitfire Grill and the Dakota Cafe at Victoria Flying Club are great places to grab a meal while watching the planes take off and land, and the BC Aviation Museum, located about 5 minutes by car from the airport terminal, features displays of historic and restored aircraft found in few other places around the world.
